St. Louis, Mo. – Northern State University junior, Caden Moore concluded his 2021 season today at the NCAA National Wrestling Championships. Moore fell in two hard fought matches from America's Center.
 
The O'Neill native opened the tournament versus No. 2 Dawson Combest of Indianapolis. He fell 6-1 in the match and moved to the back side of the bracket. Moore then faced Colby Njos of St. Cloud State in the second consolation round.
 
Moore tied the match and then took a lead late in the third, however Njos notched an escape and forced the first overtime period. The Husky tallied a takedown midway through the first overtime, and won with a score of 6-4.
 
Moore finishes his season with a 6-4 record overall.
