St. Cloud, Minn. – The No. 2 Northern State University men's basketball team rallied back versus St. Cloud State on Friday evening, coming away with a 5-point victory. The win marks the second time this season the Wolves have trailed at the half and come out victorious.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Wolves struggled to get things going in the first, giving up 35 points on defense and shooting just 35.7% from the floor on offense
- Despite trailing by nine at the half, Northern rallied back with 53 points, shooting at a 69.2% clip
- In total, NSU shot 51.9% from the floor, 28.6% from the 3-point line, and 76.0% from the foul line
- They recorded a season high 12 steals, forcing 15 total turnovers for 20 points
- The Wolves added 27 rebounds, 12 assists, and six blocks; scoring 46 points in the paint and 13 fast break points
- All five starters scored in double figures in the win, with only three team points coming off the bench
