NSU Women's Basketball Were Unable to Find an Answer For the Bulldogs Saturday Evening

Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State women's struggles Saturday evening against the Bulldogs dropping their second game in a row.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Wolves shot a season-low in the first quarter of 6.67% from the floor as they were only able to score four points
  • NSU kept the game close despite not shooting the best only allowing UMD to score 12 points in the first ten minutes of play
  • Northern turned a corner in the second quarter shooting 33.33% from the floor scoring 13 points
  • Allowing the Bulldogs to score only nine points and kept them to shooting 28.75% from the floor
  • In the Second half combined the Wolves scored 22 points and shooting 26.6% from the floor in the third and fourth quarter combined
  • Northern was unable to find the net from distance until the fourth quarter with 6:40 left in the game that came off the hands of Brianna Kusler
