Wolves Soccer Drops Double Overtime Match To #21 Mavericks

Aberdeen, S.D. – Northern State soccer fell to No. 21 Minnesota State in double overtime on Friday evening from the Athletic & Recreation Fields. The Wolves lone goal came off the foot of Shianne Rosselli on a penalty kick with under ten minutes remaining in the first half.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Northern State took the lead over Minnesota State after Shianne Rosselli netted her second goal of the season
  • NSU tallied 13 shots in the 102 minutes of play with seven shots-on-goal
  • The Wolves let up the game-tying goal only a minute into the second half
