NCAA Elite 8 Fan Information: Tickets, Fan Buses, Live Coverage, & More

Aberdeen, S.D. – The No. 6 Northern State University men's basketball team earned the third seed heading into the NCAA Elite Eight, running March 20-22-24, from the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls. The Wolves will open the tournament with an 8:30 p.m. match-up on Tuesday evening against sixth seeded East Stroudsburg. Below you will find up to date fan information for the Elite Eight, with updates being entered as they come available.
 
Maroon OUT!
For those attending Northern's quarterfinal match-up against the Warriors of East Stroudsburg, NSU Athletics and the Wolves Club encourage you to come decked out in maroon. Stop into the NSU Wolves Team Store prior to your trip down to Sioux Falls for a special NCAA Elite Eight discount off all maroon apparel (valid March 14-20). The Wolves Team Store will be open 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. each day.

Ticketing
Tickets are now available through the Sanford Pentagon Ticketmaster page. Fans are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets versus paying at the door. Tickets can be purchased for each single session or for the tournament as a whole. All seats are general admission, and cost $15 per session or $45 for the all session pass.
 
Live Coverage
The quarterfinal rounds of the Elite Eight will be streamed live on NCAA.com and the NCAA Sports mobile app, however the semifinal and final rounds will only by viewable on CBS Sports Network (Midco channels 314 and 635-HD). Live game stats can also be found at NCAA.com.
 
Pre-Game Alumni Gathering
The NSU Foundation and Alumni Association will sponsor a pre-game event at the Crooked Pint Ale House (2020 W. Russell St., Sioux Falls, SD) from 4- 6 p.m. on Tuesday. 
 
Community Fan Bus & Transportation
A fan bus will be available for members of the community, and will be leaving the Barnett Center parking lot at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday March 20th. Cost of the bus is $45 for transportation and your game ticket (subject to availability on the bus - 40 passenger minimum, prices based on full bus capacity). The community fan bus will also make a stop at the pre-game alumni and friends gathering at the Crooked Pint Ale House. To register for the fan bus, contact Emily Suedmeier at 605-626-3336 by Friday at 12 p.m. to reserve your spot and pay for the bus. Payments must be made by 12 p.m. on Friday and dropped off to Emily Suedmeier in the Barnett Center main office. Payments can be made by cash or check, with checks being written out to NSU Athletics. The bus will depart for Aberdeen and the Barnett Center immediately following the conclusion of the game. 
 
Student Fan Bus & Transportation
A fan bus will be available to the first 100 students, and will leave the Barnett Center parking lot at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 20th. Students will be required to pay $8 for their game ticket, with the bus transportation provided at no cost. To register for the student fan bus, contact Emily Suedmeier at 605-626-3336 by Friday at 12 p.m. to reserve your spot and pay for the bus. Payments must be made by 12 p.m. on Friday and dropped off to Emily Suedmeier in the Barnett Center main office. Students must also present a valid student ID card when dropping off payment and registering for the bus. Payment can be made by cash or check, with checks being written out to NSU Athletics. The bus will depart for Aberdeen and the Barnett Center immediately following the conclusion of the game.
