Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University wrestling team returns to NSIC action tomorrow, traveling to MSU Moorhead for a 7 p.m. dual. The Dragons are receiving points in the Division II national poll while the Wolves are ranked No. 14 overall.
The Wolves enter the dual, looking to bounce back after a 0-2 record on the road versus St. Cloud State and Upper Iowa. Northern is currently 4-7 overall and 0-3 in league duals, while on the hunt for their first conference victory.
Blake Perryman leads the team with a 21-9 record overall at 157 pounds.
Tyler Stenberg is close behind with a 17-5 record. Stenberg currently sits eighth in the country, across all weights, with four technical fall victories this season, in just 18:35 minutes of action.
Joe Gomez has been strong since the break with a 13-5 record overall, and a team leading 12 decision victories.
