Aberdeen, S.D. – The Northern State University women's soccer team looks to continue their three-game winning streak this weekend from home as they take on NSIC opponents, the University of Sioux Falls Cougars and the Southwest Minnesota State University Mustangs. The Wolves are 3-0 early in the 2016 season, and 1-0 in the NSIC after defeating MSUM 4-0.
Northern State currently sits atop the conference as they only team remaining with an undefeated record. As a unit, the Wolves also lead the NSIC with 19 total goals and a 5.66 scoring margin among opponents. Senior
Anna Bondy has proven to be a factor for Northern State, being awarded NSIC Offensive Player of the Week for two-straight weeks and shooting three consecutive hat tricks. With 10 goals, Bondy has already matched her 2015 cumulative season goals.

Stacey Cavill recorded the team's first shutout of the year against MSUM in their conference opener.
The Wolves will kick off against the University of Sioux Falls at 1 p.m. on Saturday and take on Southwest Minnesota State University at 1 p.m. on Sunday. Both matches will take place at Jerde Field on the campus of Northern State University.
