Box Score Crookston, Minn. – The Northern State University soccer team dropped their second game of the weekend to Minnesota Crookston. The Golden Eagles shutout the Wolves 1-0. NSU falls to 4-10 overall and 3-8 in league play.
 
As a team Northern compiled six shots in the game. Allie Macdonald and Alyssa Wilde connected for the team's two shots on goal. Brittany Tietz notched one save in the contest, while giving up the lone goal. Statistically the two teams were nearly equal, taking six shots and piece with two shots on goal. The Beavers however were able to push one through to net.
 
Northern will remain on the road next weekend as they take on Sioux Falls and Southwest Minnesota State. Game times are set for 1 p.m. each day.
