ABERDEEN, S.D. - Normally when fall camp ends, the Northern State volleyball program packs up and heads off to a season-opening tournament, playing their first matches of the season on someone else's court. Not so this season. For the first time, the Wolves are hosting a five-team classic to open the 2012 campaign.
NSU will play host to Chadron State and Black Hills State out of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, Missouri Western State out of the Mid-America Athletic Conference and fellow Northern Sun institution Minot State in a two-day, five-team, ten-match affair officially known as the Northern State/Dacotah Bank Classic. All ten matches will be played on the main court inside Wachs Arena.
