SETTING THE STAGE:
The Wolves went 1-1 in their last weekend of games during the 2011. Sophomore Alison Kusler led the Wolves to a 73-60 victory over the Bemidji State Beavers. Kusler set a career high with 23 points in the contest while junior Sarah Hintz also set a career high with 14 points. Senior Emily Becken had a season high of ten assists for the Wolves in the victory. The following night the Wolves fell to the University of Minnesota-Duluth. 26 turnovers by the Wolves contributed to the 68-52 setback. Becken led the Wolves with 17 points in the contest.

About the Golden Eagles:  
About the Golden Eagles: The University of Minnesota, Crookston enters today's contest 6-5 and 3-4 in the NSIC (3-1 away). The Golden Eagles are on a 3 game losing streak, after starting the new year off with a 69-56 loss to Southwest  
Minnesota State and a 78-76 thriller against Minnesota State. The Golden Eagles are led by two players who average double-figures. Junior Brittani Wiese averages 16.5 points per game while senior Megan Eul averages 12.5 ppg.

About the Dragons:
About the Dragons: The Dragons enter the weekend 4-7, 1-6 NSIC (1-2 Away) having  lost five straight. Against Minnesota State, MSUM were defeated 64-58, with Angie  Jetvig leading the way with 18 points. Against Southwest Minnesota, the Dragons  were defeated 64-57, with Taylor Shepard leading the Dragons with 11 points. The  
senior, Jetvig, leads the Dragons with 16.7 points per game, good for second in the league. Jetvig also leads the conferecne with 9.5 rebounds per game.
