ABERDEEN, S.D. – Due to ongoing construction associated with the Barnett Center expansion, Northern State athletic officials have announced alternate entrance points, parking and shuttle services for NSU basketball games.
 
While the north entrance doors remain closed at this time, the east, south and west doors will be available for fan entrance.  In addition, parking spots along State Street (east entrance) will be restricted to provide fans with a drop-off point.
 
Although general parking space around the Barnett Center will be limited, Northern State will provide a free shuttle service from the NSU Bookstore parking lot along Washington Street on the west end of campus to the east Barnett Center doors.  Fans can park in the lot with shuttle service beginning one hour prior to game time.  The shuttle will return fans to the lot following the conclusion of the game.
 
Fans wishing to utilize the shuttle service are asked to meet near the bookstore entrance.
 
As construction progress continues, entrance and parking availability will be evaluated and monitored for further updates.
