BILLINGS, Mont. – The Northern State University Wolves fell in straight sets to a talented Northwest Nazarene squad on Saturday, but rallied back to take a 3-1 victory over fellow Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference opponent University of Mary to finish 3-1 on the weekend and improve to 5-3 overall on the season.
The Wolves fell 19-25, 19-25, 18-25 to the Crusaders to open their second day of play at the Montana State Billings tournament. After dropping the first set of their match against the Marauders in the afternoon match, NSU was able to bounce back with three straight set wins to pull out the 22-25, 25-18, 25-16, 25-21 win.

Kelsey Aden was selected to the 6-player All-Tournament team.
The Wolves return home to face the Marauders in a quick rematch on Tuesday. That match will mark the NSIC opener for both teams. Game time is set for 7 p.m. in NSU's Wachs Arena.
