MORRIS, Minn. - The Northern State swimming team traveled to Morris, Minn. for a Friday evening meet with the University of Minnesota, Morris.  The Wolves lost the decision 66-101 but had a first-place finish in the 200-yard butterfly.

Rebecca Morse (Fr., Norfolk, Neb.) was Northern's top swimmer in the meet, taking first place in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:59.85.  Teresa Pengilly (So., Omaha, Neb.) was close behind in second place with a time of 3:06.50.  The Wolves had 11 top two finishes against the Cougars.

The swim team returns to action on November 30 and December 1 at the MSUM Dragon Invite.
