Jerde Field

General Information: The Northern State soccer program practices and plays on Jerde Field, an all-natural grass facility located on the eastern edge of campus just behind Jerde Residence Hall. The facility surface offers a full competition surface, as well as a practice field to the west. Along with a newly constructed storage and media tower, the facility also features a renovated garage that doubles as both a locker room and clubhouse for the team. Fans are also able to enjoy a quick treat with the concession stand located between the field and team clubhouse. The clubhouse offers student-athletes a location on site to prepare for games and practices much like a locker room. In addition to its locker room functions, the clubhouse features items such as flags from countries the NSU soccer program as visited, a team refrigerator, and individual storage cubbies for each student-athlete to name a few.

Renovations: In the fall of 2016, the media tower was updated to feature a garage door style opening giving the NSU communications staff the ability to live stream games from within the tower versus outdoors in previous seasons.

Driving Directions: From the Barnett Center, head north on State Street taking your first right at 14^th Ave SE. Jerde Field is just east of the Jerde Residence Hall on the north side of 14^th Ave SE. Fans are able to park in the Jerde Hall lot or on the street.

From HWY 12 East and West – Turn south onto State Street. Turn left (east) on to 14^th Ave SE. Jerde Field is just east of the Jerde Residence Hall on the north side of 14^th Ave SE. Fans are able to park in the Jerde Hall lot or on the street.

From HWY 281 North and South – Turn east onto 6^th Ave (HWY 12). Turn south onto State Street. Turn left (east) on to 14^th Ave SE. Jerde Field is just east of the Jerde Residence Hall on the north side of 14^th Ave SE. Fans are able to park in the Jerde Hall lot or on the street.
