Novotny led the team hitting .500 versus UMary and SMSU with five hits, including two homeruns. She recorded a 1.200 slugging percentage and added one double, as well as four RBI and three runs. Defensively, the sophomore recorded one put out and nine assists without an error. She hit a weekend best 3-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, a double, and a homerun in the game two win over the Marauders.
