Tanner Olson recorded the lone victory for the Wolves against St. Cloud State on Thursday with an upset over the number one ranked Larry Bomstad. Olson not only beat Bomstad, but he handed him his first loss in an otherwise undefeated 2017-18 season. The win came from a takedown in the first overtime period for the 3-1 sudden victory. Olson scored first in the match off an escape in the second, improving to 3-3 overall and 2-1 in the NSIC this season.
