Sasha Hovind came through with a tenth place finish, and a top placing of her career from the NCAA Championships. Hovind finished with a time of 21:08:07, earning her ninth All-American honor of her career, and third in cross country. Hovind was under a minute off the national champion, who broke away from the pack early in the race.
