Sasha Hovind led the Wolves at the Central Region championship meet, finishing as the runner-up just 18 seconds behind the three time consecutive winner. Hovind finished the course in 21:11:04, advancing to her third NCAA championship meet. Hovind recorded her highest Central Region meet finish of her career.
