Hailey Busch led the Northern State volleyball team in their 3-1 weekend from the Oredigger classic with wins over Texas Woman’s, Rollins, and No. 19 Colorado School of Mines. Busch recorded four straight matches with double figure kills, combining for a league second best 62 on the weekend. She notched a career high 23 kills against Cal State San Bernardino. On the weekend, Busch recorded eight blocks, as well as one assist, one ace, and 34 digs. She tallied her first double-double of the season in the opener with 16 kills and 12 digs against Texas Woman’s, while also hitting a season high .414 against the Pioneers. Busch finished the weekend hitting .305, while averaging 4.13 kills and 4.50 points per set.
