Hanneke Oosterwegel tallied the first top-5 finish of the afternoon for the NSU women from the NDSU Tune-up in the 100m hurdles taking third overall with a time of 14.00. She broke her own school record in the event by .13 seconds, moving her to 15th nationally. Oosterwegel went on to win the 100m dash, with a time of 11.75. The sophomore broke the school record set by Makenzie Hageman in 2014 with a time of 12.02, which she also tied earlier this season. She now ranks 22nd nationally in the event.
