Oosterwegel was the top finisher for the Northern State Wolves from the NSIC Indoor Championships. The sophomore placed in both the 200m and 400m dashes, while also improving in finals from her prelim times. Oosterwegel finished fourth overall with a time of 24.97 in the 200m dash, earning five team points for the Wolves. In the 400m, the sophomore was crowned the NSIC Champion, winning the event in 55.62. She defeated the next closest opponent by 1.2 seconds earning ten team points and moving her to fifth nationally. Oosterwegel will now await the NCAA National announcement on Tuesday to see if she has qualified for both the 200m and 400m dashes at the NCAA National Championships in Birmingham.
