TJ Hochstetler led the NSU men’s track and field team in the decathlon from the MIAA/NSIC Showdown in Maryville, Mo. Hochstetler finished fifth overall with 5,733 points. He earned five team points in the competition, finishing strong in multiple events. He recorded his top finish of the ten event competition in the long jump taking third with a 6.40-meter jump. Hochstetler also landed in the top-5 in the high jump, 110-meter hurdles, pole vault, javelin, and the 1500-meter run.
