The Wolves tallied a 6-0 week versus Minot State, Concordia-St. Paul, and Minnesota State this past week in large part to starting pitcher Missy Elkins. Making three starts from the mound, Elkins held opponents to one earned run in 19 innings pitched.  She held the three teams to 11 hits and collected seven strikeouts in the three contests. Elkins held Minnesota State who entered the game hitting .335 to a .210 batting average in five innings of work on Sunday. The junior opened the week with a 3.54 ERA and finished with a 3.06. Elkins now has four shutouts on the year, earning her 10^th win of the season.
