Jake Hamik (Sr., Aberdeen, SD) had a busy week on Tuesday at the Cobber Twilight Hamik placed 2^nd in the 400m in 49.49 and 3^rd in the 200m in 22.20. Then on Friday and Saturday at the Sioux City Relays Hamik won the 400m hurdles with an NCAA Div II provisional time of 53.02, placed 3^rd in the 110m hurdles with a season’s best 14.78, anchored the wining 4x400m relay team to a 3:18.46, and anchored the 4x100 relay to a 2^nd place finish (42.91). Hamik is ranked 10^th in the NCAA in the 400m hurdles and is ranked in the top three in the NSIC in the 200m, 400m, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles, and is on two top relay squads.
