Sam Tremelling opened the day for NSU at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, reaching the podium with the first All-American award of his career and an eighth place finish in the pole vault. The junior cleared 5.22m, breaking his own school record in the event by just under seven inches, while clearing the 17-foot threshold.
