Aberdeen, S.D. – The No. 22 Northern State University volleyball team lost at home Saturday against the Cougars of Sioux Falls. The Wolves dropped their last two home games of the season this weekend.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Northern State dropped three straight sets against the Cougars
- Sioux Falls won with set scores of 25-19, 28-26, and 25-21
- The Wolves scored 45 points and had 36 kills, 34 assists, and 39 digs, hitting .245 as a team
- The Wolves gave up 73 points, 56 kills, 54 assists, 49 digs, nine aces, and a .311 attack percentage
- Natalia Szybinska led the Wolves on offense with 11 kills, followed by Linnea Nesheim with 10 kills and Kately Schroeder with 8 kills'
- Schroeder also recorded nine digs and two blocks while hitting a .333
- Abby Brooks hit a team high .364 attack percentage
- Ava Nilsson had 29 of the team's 34 assists, as well as nine digs and a block
- Abby Schauer led the team on defense with 12 digs
