Northern State enters the Semifinal game after defeating Arkansas Tech 76-65. The Wolves enter the NCAA Central Region Tournament with a 25-5 record winning a share of the NSIC Championship and a NSIC North title. The overall conference championship is the first for the Wolves since 1997-98, while the North title is their fourth in five seasons.
Miranda Ristau and
Jill Conrad lead the team averaging 20.0 and 12.1 points per game this season, while also grabbing a team leading 7.8 and 5.7 rebounds per game. Ristau is shooting a team leading 56.4 percent from the floor, with 64 blocks this season.
