Northern State University Athletics

Perry Doney attended Northern for five years, earning a B.S. degree in education in 1932.  Doney spent 37 years coaching high school and various youth programs.  In 1971 Doney was awarded the Minnesota State Coaches Merit Award.  He is a member of the Minnesota Coaches Association and the Twenty-five Year Coaching Club.
