Northern State University Athletics

Gerald Schlekeway's athletic career at Northern encompassed eight SDIC titles.  In football, the Wolves had a 30-5-0 record and won four titles.  A two-time all-conference player, he was named to the district all-star team his senior year.  He also participated on four SDIC championsihp track squads and was 1964 South Dakota College Athlete of the Year.
